As I have grown older, I have been more intentional about mobility (notice I did not say stretching). Improving your range of motion through mobility can lead to better overall health and ensure that you can do common life movements comfortably.
It's often like flossing your teeth. You intend to do it but you never find time. The key is finding a routine that you like and fits into your schedule. I combine my morning mobility routine with my meditation practice. Combining the two helps me focus on what I am doing.
